The Christian Education Ministry Team (CE) believes it is the church’s joyful task to teach the Good News of Jesus Christ to all ages!   Therefore, CE desires to provide various educational and fellowship opportunities in order to nurture an understanding of God’s word.  While CE has the more mundane tasks of teacher recruitment, selection of paid nursery professionals, review of curriculum, and Sunday School supplies, we also look for unique opportunities to mix fellowship and the message of God’s faithfulness through multi-generational opportunities, such as Easter Eggstravaganza,  Vacation Bible School, Advent activities, and other family events.  In addition, CE encourages small group Bible studies outside of the traditional Sunday School hour.

Children:
Sunday School: Rock Presbyterian is committed to a strong Christian Education program for children to teach them about the love of Christ and give them a strong basis in dealing with an imperfect world.   All of our children study a uniform series.  CE provides nursery services for all church-wide events and communicates with other committees to insure coverage.
